Madrid, December 14, 2025 – The Official Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services of Madrid, in collaboration with the Madrid City Council and ASEME, has presented the “Leading Businesswoman 360 2025 Award.” This prestigious recognition highlights the impact, projection, and contribution of business projects led by women in the region of Madrid.
María Fernández Nogueira Honored for Innovation and Sustainability
The main award was bestowed upon María Fernández Nogueira, founder of The Natural Healthy and Honest F.C. Her trajectory was lauded for its significant innovation, remarkable growth, and unwavering commitment to sustainable business development. The award ceremony took place within the framework of the III Forum of Leading Businesswomen of Madrid.
Accolades for Sustainability, Internationalization, and Employment
In addition to the main prize, the three organizing entities presented three additional awards (accésits) across distinct categories:
- Sustainability: Isabel Azofra (My People My Planet)
- Internationalization: Irene Fernández (ESSENSUP Consulting)
- Employment: María Jesús Naranjo Bizuete (Centro de Día y Terapia Manava)
A special honorary posthumous award was also granted to Carmen Zapata, founder of Smart Business S.L., in tribute to her significant participation and lasting entrepreneurial legacy.
